This Privacy Policy describes how ViralAI Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information through the use of our mobile application, AI Action Figure Maker (“the App”).
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described below.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect and process data that is strictly necessary to provide the core functionality of the App. These include:
a. User-Provided Content
- Text descriptions submitted to generate action figure images
- Uploaded photos or images (optional feature)
These inputs may include user faces but are not used for recognition, analysis, or biometric identification.
b. Automatically Collected Data
- Device model, OS version, region, language, time zone
- IP address (temporarily)
- Session activity, crash data, and anonymized analytics via Firebase
No account login, name, email, or persistent identifier is required to use the App.
2. Facial Image Handling
To address App Store Guideline 2.1, the following applies:
a. What Face Data Is Collected?
If a user chooses to upload an image, that image may contain facial features. However, we do not extract, store, analyze, or map facial geometry. We do not collect biometric identifiers or facial templates.
b. Purpose of Face Data
Images are processed solely to generate AI-rendered action figures. Facial features are used aesthetically and not linked to personal identity.
c. Third-Party Use
Images may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI APIs (such as Replicate) over secure, encrypted channels. These services process the input to generate the visual output, and are contractually or publicly bound to delete data after processing.
d. Storage and Retention
We do not store any face images on our servers. All uploads are processed in memory and are discarded once generation is complete. If cached briefly by a third party, this is incidental to processing and subject to their own privacy terms.

4. Data Retention and Security
- Uploaded images and prompts are not stored after the figure is generated unless explicitly saved by the user.
- No biometric data or PII is retained.
- Technical data (e.g., analytics) is stored securely for up to 24 months.
- All transmissions use HTTPS encryption.
- We follow industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access, but no method is 100% secure. By using the App, you accept this inherent risk.
5. Your Rights
You may have legal rights depending on your jurisdiction, including the right to:
- Access the data we hold
- Request deletion or correction
- Object to certain types of processing
- Lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority

6. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and we make no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. By using the App, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any content you upload or generate.
- You will not upload content that violates third-party rights (e.g., celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters).
- ViralAI Limited shall not be liable for any misuse of the App by users, or for content generated based on improper or misleading input.
In no event shall ViralAI Limited be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any claims arising from the interpretation or use of AI-generated outputs.
7. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under this age. If we become aware of data belonging to a child, we will delete it immediately.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
