- You grant ViralAI Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
We are not responsible for user-generated content or its compliance with any third-party rights.
4. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Generated content will meet your expectations or specific needs.
You use the App at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViralAI Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
