Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Astra app (“App”), operated by Viral AI Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

User Eligibility By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.
Intellectual Property Rights The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or materials from the App without the Company’s prior written consent.
User-Generated Content By using the App to create videos, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the App and the Company’s business.
Prohibited Uses You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App, or which may harm the Company or users of the App.

Subscription and Billing The App offers a Premium Subscription, which is an auto-renewable subscription. By purchasing the Premium Subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Your iTunes Account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Disclaimer Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to the Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
